When you’re too busy working on your web sites or developing your web apps, you rarely have time to check what’s happening with your VPS server – if it’s under stress or whether all the processes are running okay. With our Optional Admin Services deal, we will do that for you. Your server will be included in a custom–built monitoring software system and the second there is a sign of a problem, our skilled engineers will be notified right away.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your data is compulsory – you never know when something would go wrong. And with our Optional Admin Services solution, you will enjoy every week backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you having to install or configure anything. And all the backups are retained on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disk drives. This means that your content will always be secure, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Hosting Plan, you will have complete freedom to run any script or service on your it. But, certain scripts are harder to run and might require some extra setup from you. This is where our Optional Admin Services solution can help you out. It includes half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – it means that you’ll be able to literally hire one of our experienced server admins for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of app whatsoever that you want. And/or have him rectify a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and it is an extra feature with our KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
